FREE Reiki Treatments & Nutrition Information!
Join facilitator Maya Iwata as she takes us a journey thru healthy self care using Reiki & nutrition. Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle and noninvasive natural healing technique that requires no special equipment. The right foods can help cure a host of illnesses, improve your mood and help lower stress.
Maya will share important nutritional information including how the foods we eat affect our mood. Maya will also give free Reiki treatments as well as teach participants how to perform some stress relieving techniques on themselves.
This forum is open to LGBTST People of Color.
Light refreshments will be provided.
